the hotel was wonderful, with lovely location in the mountains. location: the property was short walk to the clubhouse of lake toxoway country club where guest can pay to play golf, tennis, croquet, paddle board, rent a boat and go tubing and asheville, n.c and the living areas with comfortable leather sofas. there was a lakeside restaurant nearby.

The room was well-equipped with a television, fridge, and tea and coffee making facilities. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The continental breakfast options were delicious. The staff members were great, and the inn was located in a gorgeous area near the beautiful mountains of North Carolina and the lake.

We stayed in a hotel with a stunning location right on the lake, which provided breathtaking views over the water. the room was wonderfully comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless and elegant. the breakfast was delicious, with a vast selection of freshly made dishes every day. the staff was courteous and professional, always ready to help and meet our requests. the outdoor fire pits on the lawn were inviting, and the boat tour was an enjoyable added bonus.

One of the restaurants needs training to deliver on its promises and policies, so the service and food could be improved.

Stunning grounds and exceptional service! The views were breathtaking, especially from the patio. We enjoyed the boat tour of the lake and found the guide to be very knowledgeable. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel at home.

The twisty roads leading to the location were a bit of a challenge to navigate, especially at night. Although the food was good, we found the dinner menu to be a bit limited.
