The surroundings are beautiful, offering a serene atmosphere that’s hard to beat. I appreciated the spaciousness and cleanliness of the room. The restaurant staff were friendly, and the food was delicious. The lack of nearby dining options made it necessary to spend most of our time on the hotel. A lovely experience.

the hotel was wonderful, with lovely location in the mountains. location: the property was short walk to the clubhouse of lake toxoway country club where guest can pay to play golf, tennis, croquet, paddle board, rent a boat and go tubing and asheville, n.c and the living areas with comfortable leather sofas. there was a lakeside restaurant nearby.

Great hotel with its friendly staff, beautiful views, and great amenities like wi-fi and a bar lounge. I fondly remember how cute the staff was to my elderly parents on my first stay. I'll be back for Christmas!

The views of Lake Toxaway are fine. The King Suite I booked was spacious and clean. Staff members at the front desk were friendly and accommodating, which enhanced my overall experience. Dining options were quite limited and the service at the restaurant was noticeably slow on a few occasions. I also noticed that the breakfast didn't include many complimentary options, which reminded me of a missed opportunity for a hotel of this caliber. While I enjoyed several aspects of my stay, improvements are needed in the restaurant area and with the dining experience. These enhancements would make a significant difference.

The room was well-equipped with a television, fridge, and tea and coffee making facilities. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The continental breakfast options were delicious. The staff members were great, and the inn was located in a gorgeous area near the beautiful mountains of North Carolina and the lake.
